1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Grunda ("the Service"), operated by Grunda Inc. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Grunda is a quoting and estimating tool for contractors. The Service allows users to create, send, and manage professional quotes, utilize AI-generated suggestions, and process client approvals digitally.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
- You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Free Plan Limitations
The free plan is limited to 5 quotes per month. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading to a paid plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
- Use automated systems to excessively load the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grunda Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
8. Data & Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should be reviewed by you before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grunda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
